Spalding Dental Surgery has always practiced the highest standards of safety, hygiene and sanitisation. Our practice has been able to remain open throughout the lockdowns due to rigorous new protocols which we have introduced, as well as a significant investment in technology and equipment to keep both our patients and our staff safe during the pandemic.
This includes:
- Patient covid screening prior to all appointments
- All staff wear enhanced PPE including medical grade facemasks
- Patients do not wait in or enter the building until their appointment, simply checking in at the reception window and waiting in the car to be collected
- Patients are required to wear a facemask when moving through the practice, to and from their appointment
- Temperature checking for all patients and staff prior to entering the building
- Ambient air disinfection units for air purification and filtration fitted throughout the practice to prevent germs from circulating in the air
- All surfaces, handles and pay devices disinfected continuously throughout the day – between every single patient
Using these measures, we are able to continue to provide the same levels of care for our patients in the safest environment possible.
